Privacy is not a feature. It is the foundation. Windsor Butler collects only what is required to review and respond to an enquiry.

• Information you provide: name, email, and the content you choose to submit, with optional context (role, location, environment, engagement interest).
• Purpose: to review the enquiry and respond personally. No other use.
• Sharing: not sold; not shared, except with the service providers used to receive and manage correspondence.
• Retention: retained only as long as necessary for correspondence and reasonable record-keeping. Deletion requests are honoured promptly.
• Analytics: this site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand performance. These services may collect IP address, device, and session-level information. They are configured for site analytics only — no advertising and no cross-site tracking.
