Windsor Butler is a private office, retained by principals and the offices that serve them for the independent observation of principal residences, and of the private environments held alongside them. The work is quiet by design. The firm observes, verifies, and reports — without operational control, without interference, and without display.
The firm was founded by Omar Gasmi, after fifteen years observing principal environments at the highest standards of international service.
On the limits of the engagement.
- Windsor Butler is non-operational. The firm does not manage staff, vendors, or day-to-day execution.
- The firm does not perform corrective work. Findings are recorded; remedies remain with the principal's appointed management.
- The firm does not certify compliance or guarantee outcomes. Independent verification and reporting are the whole of what is offered.
- Engagements are limited, to preserve their independence and integrity.
