The Maison.
Windsor Butler is an independent standards assurance practice. We serve principals and their authorized representatives across high-expectation environments where composure, privacy, and continuity are non-negotiable.
Our work is quiet by design: we observe, verify, and report — without operational control, without interference, and without display.
The principals behind Windsor.
Omar Gasmi and Alma Hodzic are the authors of Windsor Butler. Before a single engagement was accepted, they spent more than a decade in safety-critical, premium environments across aviation and hospitality, where protocol is not a preference — it is a system.
That discipline shaped Windsor’s method: define what “good” looks like, hold it steadily, detect drift early, and report with restraint so decisions remain composed during travel, transition, and change.
What Windsor is — and is not.
- Windsor Butler is non-operational. We do not manage staff, vendors, or day-to-day execution.
- We do not perform corrective work. Findings are recorded; remedies are directed by the client’s appointed management.
- We do not certify compliance or guarantee outcomes. We provide independent verification and reporting.
- Engagements are limited to preserve independence, discretion, and standard integrity.
The Maison is built on restraint: a calm assurance layer that protects standards over time — not a visible service and not a substitute for an established operating team.
