The Principals Behind Windsor.
Omar Gasmi and Alma Hodzic are the authors of Windsor Butler. Before a single household was admitted to the Windsor circle, they spent more than a decade in luxury aviation based in Dubai, entrusted with first-class and premium cabins on long-haul routes across Europe and the Americas. Their craft was shaped by British- and Swiss-led hospitality training, where protocol, discretion and detail were treated as a discipline rather than a marketing line.
Today they serve as the founding principals and hospitality standards consultants of Windsor Butler, the private household office for a small number of principal residences in The Woodlands. For each household they accept, they establish a private code for the property – how it must receive its owners, how it is to be held between arrivals, the level at which it may present itself to guests – and then they are the ones who quietly ensure that code is observed.
Alma governs the visible language of the home: composition, atmosphere, the guest’s line of sight from the moment the door opens. Omar governs the structure beneath it: rhythm of visits, continuity of work, risk and reliability. Together they do not simply provide a service; they install a standard of conduct for the house itself, and stand behind it in person.
